摘要

随着国家支持力度加大和制造业的转型升级,我国化工新材料得到了快速发展,在聚氨酯、工程塑料、氟硅材料、膜材料和电子化学品等领域均取得了重大突破,并实现了产业化生产,涌现出万华、鲁西、东岳等一大批独具发展特色、技术优势明显的化工新材料企业。但我国化工新材料行业起步晚,目前整体发展仍然不足,对外依存度高达36%。今后,需要在理论研究和基础研究上下大力气,重点突破一批关键基础材料、先进基础工艺、产业基础技术,努力开创与石油和化学工业强国相适应的化工新材料先进制造业。

Abstract

With the increase of national support and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,new chemical materials have been developed rapidly in China.Great breakthroughs have been made in the fields of polyurethane,engineering plastics,fluorosilicon materials,membrane materials and electronic chemicals,The emergence of Wanhua,Luxi,Dongyue and many of new enterprises with unique characteristics and obvious technical advantages.However,China new chemical materials industry started late,the overall development is still insufficient,the dependence on foreign as high as 36%.In the future,it is necessary to make great efforts in theoretical and basic research to break through a number of key basic materials and advanced basic technology,and strive to create a advanced manufacturing industry of chemical materials adapted to the powerful country in the petroleum and chemical industries.
