摘要
以二苯基硅二醇、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,采用一步缩聚法制备折射率1.58的高折射率苯基硅树脂。研究结果表明:制得的高折射率苯基硅树脂产物,用于密封封装发光二极管(LED)灯珠时,具有耐受260℃高温回流焊、耐受-40℃~100℃冷热冲击、耐受高温高湿(温度85℃、相对湿度85%)的高可靠性。
Abstract
The phenyl silicone resin with refractive index of 1.58 was prepared by one-step polycondensation used diphenylsilanediol and vinyltrimethoxysilane as the raw materials.The results showed that the phenyl silicone resin had high reliability,such as high temperature reflow resistance(260℃),thermal shock resistance(-40℃~100℃),high temperature and humidity resistance(temperature 85℃,relative humidity 85%),when was used to seal light emitting diode (LED) lamp.
