摘要

以自制聚苯胺乳液为防腐添加剂制备了钢结构环氧复合水性带锈防腐涂料。实验结果表明:当涂料中聚苯胺乳液含量为1.2%,水性环氧乳液与丙烯酸乳液的含量为60%,铁锈转化剂含量为2%时,铁锈转化完全,漆膜均匀、平整、致密、光泽度高,耐盐雾性超过300h。所制备的带锈防腐涂料可应用于各种钢结构材料的加工与防腐,特别是大型钢结构,如船舶、桥梁、建筑、港口、重型机械、石油开采及钻井设备等的长效防腐。

Abstract

Waterborne epoxy composite anti-corrosion coating on steel construction with rust-converting was developed used self-made polyaniline emulsion.The paint coating with uniform,smooth,dense,high gloss and the rust conversion of steel base being completely was obtained when the content of polyaniline emulsion 1.2%,waterborne epoxy-acrylate 60%,rust-converting agent 2%,respectively.The coating was suitable to all kinds of processing and long-term anti-corrosion of steel structure material,especially the large steel structure,such as ships,bridges,buildings,ports,heavy machinery,oil drilling and the drilling equipment.
