摘要
采用水解-缩聚法,以苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,以乙烯基双封头(VV)为封端剂,以盐酸为催化剂,合成了具有高折射率的苯基乙烯基硅树脂,利用FT-IR、核磁共振、热重分析等对产物进行表征。研究了苯基含量对产物折射率的影响,将制得的苯基乙烯基硅树脂与苯基含氢硅树脂按一定比例硫化成型,制得适用于LED封装的有机硅树脂。研究结果表明:苯基用量为40.5%(摩尔百分数)时,制得的苯基乙烯基硅树脂的折射率为1.5370,热稳定性良好,固化后产物的性能最佳,透光率大于90%,符合LED封装要求。
Abstract
A kind of highly refractive silicone resin was prepared by the hydrolysis-condensation reaction,using phenyltriethoxysilane and dimethoxydiphenylsilane as raw materials,VV as blocking agent and hydrochioric acid as the catalyst.Using FT-IR,1H-NMR and TG to characterize the product.The experiment explored the relation between phenyl content and the performance of silicone resin.The silicone resin used for LED packaging was prepared by curing the product.The results showed that when the phenyl content was 40.5%,the refractive index of prepared phenyl vinyl silicone resin was 1.5370 and the thermal stability was good.Meanwhile,the performance of curing product was the best,the transmittance was over 90%,which indicated that the product was suitable for LED packaging.
