合成了具有聚合性能的紫外吸收剂单体2-羟基-4-丙烯酯基二苯甲酮(HAB),采用辐射工艺制备了抗老化涤纶织物。探究了不同辐射量和单体浓度对增重率的影响。优化的整理工艺为:辐射量为260kGy,单体质量浓度为10%,增重率可以达到(7.5±0.2)%。接枝后的织物用红外光谱和扫描电镜进行表征,并测试了抗老化性能。结果表明,UPF值达235±15,经过300h的紫外照射后强力保留率可以达到(68.3±2.5)%。UPF值较传统工艺接枝改性织物提高了38,是未整理的织物的4.5倍;光照后织物的强力保留率较未整理织物提高了30%,比传统方法接枝改性织物提高了8%。经电子辐射工艺改性的涤纶织物具有更好的抗老化性能。
Irradiation process was employed in aging modification of PET with synthesized UV absorber HAB as momomer.The effects of irradiation dose and monomer concentration on weight gain of PET were studied.The optimum finish condition:260kGy of irradiation dose,10wt% of monomer concentration,and weight gain can reached at (7.5±0.2)%.The grafted fabrics were characterized by FT-IR spectra and SEM,and the aging-resistent property was also measured.UPF value of grafted fabrics was 235±15.The retention rate of breaking strength was (68.3±2.5)%.UPF value of grafted fabrics with EB process increased by 38 as aganist traditional method,and increased 4.5 times than untreated sample.After UV-light irradiation,the tensile strength of grafted fabrics with EB process increased 30% and 8%,respectively,compared with untreated sample and treated fabrics with traditional method.The midified PET fabrics showed better anti-aging property.
