摘要
氧化石墨烯的废水中主要含有硝酸盐和硫酸盐及锰盐,其中COD为600~700mg/L,硫酸根为3000~5000mg/L,硝酸根为20000~36000mg/L,总锰为400~600mg/L,pH=1~2,色度1200~2000,为强酸高盐水。采用物化法,用复配剂和稀土金属催化剂将硝酸盐还原为氮气。经处理后的废水中的总氮小于50mg/L,COD小于200mg/L,色度小于10mg/L,满足市政污水厂接管标准,产生的锌盐固废通过转炉焚烧回收氧化锌。
Abstract
graphene production wastewater mainly contained nitrate and sulfate and manganese,COD was 600~700mg/L,sulfate 3000~5000mg/L,nitrate 20000~36000mg/L,manganese 400~600mg/L,pH 1~2 and chroma 1200~2000.Because the wastewater was high acidity and brine,physicochemical method was used in this project,using compound agent and rare earth metal catalyst for the reduction of nitrate to nitrogen.After the treatment,the total nitrogen in treated wastewater was less than 50mg/l,COD was less than 200mg/l and chroma was less than 10mg/L,which met the standard of municipal sewage treatment plant,zinc salt solid waste produced was burned by converter.The zinc oxide was recovered from zinc salt solid.
