摘要
采用重结晶法研究了搅拌速率、降温速率和pH值等因素对磷酸二氢钾在水溶液中结晶行为的影响。结果表明:随着搅拌速率的增大,介稳区宽度变窄,诱导期缩短,搅拌速率为300r/min时,结晶速率最小;随着降温速率的增大,介稳区宽度逐渐增加,结晶速率也逐渐增大,而诱导期和晶体的平均粒径均减小;降温速率为0.3℃/min时,晶体的平均粒径最大;在pH=3时,介稳区宽度和诱导期达到最小,结晶速率达到最大。
Abstract
The effects of agitation rate,cooling rate and pH on the potassium dihydrogen phosphate crystallization process were studied by means of recrystallization process.The experiment results indicated that with the increase of agitation rate,the metastable zone width and the induction period were decreased.When the agitation rate was 300r/min,the crystallization rate was the minimum.With the increase of cooling rate,the metastable zone width increased,the induction period and average particle size decreased.When the cooling rate was 0.3℃/min,the average particle size of crystal was the biggest.When the pH was 3.0,the metastable zone width and induction period were both the minimum,but the crystallization rate was the highest.
