摘要
采用静电纺丝法,制备了线性聚乳酸(L-PLA)和星形聚乳酸(S-PLA)复合纤维。研究了纺丝工艺条件对纤维直径的影响,结果表明,在纺丝电压为12kV,二氯甲烷纺丝液中PLA总浓度为6.4%(g/mL),L-PLA:S-PLA质量比为1:1时,纺丝纤维较规整,直径范围为4~7μm。在该纺丝工艺条件下,制备了PLA负载布洛芬的载药纤维,并采用紫外分光光度法研究了布洛芬在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的释放行为。比较其与L-PLA纺丝纤维药物释放的特征,发现S-PLA的加入,载药纤维药物突释现象减弱,且药物持续释放较为平缓。
Abstract
The fiber membrane of linear poly (lactic acid)(L-PLA) and star-shaped poly (S-PLA) blend was prepared by electrospinning.The effects of spinning conditions on fiber diameter were studied.The results showed that when the spinning voltage was 12kV,the PLA concentration of spinning solution was 6.4% (g/mL) in dichloromethane,the mass ratio of L-PLA:S-PLA was 1:1,the spinning fibers had a regular structure with diameter ranged in about 4~7μm.The drug-loaded fiber membrane of poly (lactic acid) was prepared by the loading of ibuprofen under the condition of spinning process,and the release behavior of ibuprofen in the phosphate buffer (pH=7.4) solution was studied by UV spectrophotometry.Compared with drug release behavior of linear poly lactic acid spinning fiber membrane,it was found that the degree of drug burst release was decreased,and the drug release ratio was slower.
