采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备了纯聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)平板超滤膜,并对制膜条件进行了讨论,通过对膜的纯水通量、牛血清白蛋白溶液通量和截留率的测试来考察PVDF超滤膜的性能。结果表明:溶剂种类,聚合物浓度,致孔剂浓度,凝固浴的组成和温度,预蒸发时间,刮膜速度及刮膜厚度等因素对膜的制备均有较大影响。
A pure flat PVDF ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion,and the membrane preparation conditions were discussed.The performance of PVDF was investigated by the test of pure water flux,BSA solution flux and rejection rate.The results showed that the solvent type,polymer concentration,the concentration of pore forming agent,the composition and temperature of the coagulation bath,the pre-evaporation time,the speed and thickness of scraping membrane etc.all had greatly affected on membrane preparation.
