摘要
采用本体聚合法以α-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)以及甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯(TFEMA)为聚合单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,三缩四乙二醇(TGEDMA)为交联剂,通过调整聚合工艺并探究工艺条件对水凝胶含水量的影响,制备高含水的氟硅氧烷水凝胶材料,并用DSC及场发射扫描电镜对水凝胶样品进行了表征。
Abstract
The bulk polymerization method was used,α-hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA) and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP),γ-(methyl) acryloyl oxygen propyl silane (KH570) and trifluoroethyl methacrylate (TFEMA) as the monomer,azo-bis-isobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator,tetraethylene ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TGEDMA) as crosslinking agent.By adjusting the polymerization process,the influence of different process and conditions on the water content was explored,the samples were characterized by DSC and field emission scanning electron microscopy.
