摘要
采用溶剂热法成功制得YVO4:Er3+纳米荧光粉,并基于甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的本体聚合反应,采用简单的溶液混合法将YVO4:Er3+纳米荧光粉引入到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中,最终成功制得PMMA/YVO4:Er3+纳米复合材料。实验表明,YVO4:Er3+纳米荧光粉具有绿光发射。当Er3+离子的浓度为0.8%时,YVO4:Er3+纳米荧光粉的发光强度最强,达到1292cd。YVO4:Er3+纳米荧光粉在225~350nm的紫外区有很强的吸收峰。PMMA/YVO4:Er3+纳米复合材料具有良好的透光性,不仅在紫外光照射下具有绿光发射,而且能有效提高PMMA滤除紫外光的能力。
Abstract
YVO4:Er3+ nanophosphors were successfully synthesized by solvothermal method,and based on the bulk polymerization reaction of methyl methacrylate (MMA),YVO4:Er3+ nanophosphors were introduced into polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) by simple solution mixing method,finally PMMA/YVO4:Er3+ nanocomposites were successfully synthesized.Experiment showed that YVO4:Er3+ nanophosphors had blue light emission.When Eu3+ ions concentration was 0.8%,the luminescence intensity of YVO4:Er3+ nanophosphors was the strongest of 1292cd.YVO4:Er3+ nanophosphors had a strong absorption band in 225nm~350nm ultraviolet region.PMMA/YVO4:Er3+ nanocomposite had good transparency,not only had blue light emission,but also can effectively improve the ability of PMMA to filter out ultraviolet light.
