摘要

全氟环丁基芳基醚聚合物具有出色的热稳定性、化学稳定性和低介电性,用其对硅树脂改性,由于刚性四元环和苯环结构的加入将对硅树脂的耐热性和力学性能起到显著的提升作用;同时会在改善硅树脂介电性能方面具有优势。就近年来国内外高性能硅树脂材料、全氟环丁基芳基醚聚合物和全氟环丁基芳基醚改性硅树脂材料研究进展进行综述,并介绍了全氟环丁基芳基醚聚合物改性硅树脂的新方法和应用前景。

Abstract

The perfluorocyclobutyl (PFCB) aromatic ether polymer has excellent thermal stability,chemical stability and low dielectric properties.Due to the presence of rigid four membered ring and benzene ring structure,heat resistance,mechanical properties and dielectric properties of silicon resin modified by PFCB aromatic ether polymer are expected to significantly improved.The research progress of domestic and international high performance silicone materials,PFCB aromatic ether polymer and modified silicone resin material by PFCB aromatic ether polymer in recent years was reviewed.At the same time,new method and application of modified silicone resin by PFCB aromatic ether polymer were also introduced.
