Synthesis and property of GO/bentonite/PVDF composite membrane

Abstract

In order to improve the hydrophobicity and anti-biological pollution performance of PVDF membrane,using GO and bentonite as modified materials,PVDF composite membranes were prepared,and analyzed the flux,retention rate,tensile strength,hydrophilicity,porosity and anti-biological pollution performanceof the membranes.The results showed that when the GO content was 0.6%,the performance of the membrane reached the best.Adding bentonite could improve the hydrophilicity,tensile strength,membrane flux and retention rate of the membranes,but there was a decrease in porosity.In addition,taking aeruginomonas aeruginosa as the research object,the properties of anti-biological pollution and bacteriostatic of the membranes were studied.The results showed that the process of biological pollution was significantly reduced,and the growth of bacteria went down,which indicating that the membranes could slow down the biological pollution,and had certain antibacterial performance.
