Preparation and performance evaluation of flexible heating material

Abstract

A flexible heating material was prepared from silver-plated yarn,bonded lining of non-woven fabric and cotton cloth,and its electrothermal performance was tested to study its simulated heating effect.The results shown that the heating temperature of the material can be controlled by adjusting the on-line voltage and sample resistance,and the heating function can be realized.By extracting and analyzing the infrared temperature image of the material surface,the heating temperature of the surface was obtained.The results shown that the prepared material had uniform heating and good performance,and the set equilibrium temperature in the simulated garment was linearly related to the power consumption of the material.The potential application of the material in the field of garment warmth preservation was confirmed.
