Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are prone to entanglement and agglomeration during the application process which significantly hinders their application effects as reinforced material.Consequently,the characterization of CNTs' dispersion in polymer matrix is an essential basement to investigate and improve their dispersion.An optical microscopic analysis model of CNTs/polymer composite based on Image J was introduced.Furthermore,3D MAX was used to simulate CNTs/polymer composites with different thicknesses.In addition,CNTs/polystyrene poly (2-vinylpyridine) (PS-b-P2VP) composites with different mass ratios were prepared and taken as examples,and the dispersion of CNTs was calculated using the introduced analytical method model.The result demonstrated that as the content of PS-b-P2VP increased,the dispersion of CNTs significantly improved,indicating that the model method was in line with the actual analysis results.
