通过熔融共混法制备了十八酸-十四酸(SA-MA)二元相变材料,采用施罗德公式理论计算,并采用步冷曲线法测试SA-MA二元体系的温度变化过程,得到最低共熔点的质量配比均为39:61,共晶系理论相变温度为42.32℃,步冷曲线法测得的相变温度为41.70℃。通过DSC和FT-IR测试方法表征复合材料的性能,发现其相变温度为42.72℃,相变潜热为169.6J/g,并且各组分之间无化学反应。复合材料经过600次冷热循环后相变温度降低了1.6℃,说明该二元相变材料具有良好的热稳定性。因此,SA-MA二元相变材料适用于建筑节能领域。
The stearic acid(SA)-myristic acid (MA) binary phase change material was prepared by melt blending method.The temperature change process of the SA-MA binary system was measured by schroder formula theory and cooling curve method.The mass ratio of the lowest eutectic point was 39:61,the theoretical phase transition temperature of the eutectic system was 42.32℃,and the phase transition temperature was 41.7℃ measured by the method of step cooling curve.The properties of the composites were characterized by DSC and FT-IR.The phase transition temperature was 42.72℃,the latent heat of phase change was 169.6J/g,and there was no chemical reaction between the components.The phase transition temperature of the composites decreased by 1.6℃ after 600 cycles of cooling and heating,which shown that the material had good thermal stability.Therefore,the SA-MA binary phase change material was suitable for the field of building energy conservation.
