摘要

有机溶剂纳滤(OSN)在工业生产中作用突出,对于具有溶剂稳定性的聚酰亚胺(PI)纳滤膜的研究备受关注。对非溶剂致相分离法(NIPS)制备PI基膜,以PI基膜制备不同结构类型的OSN膜:具有致密皮层整体非对称型膜(ISA)、薄层复合膜(TFC)和混合基质膜(MMMs)进行概述,分别讨论了膜制备过程、成膜机理以及成膜参数对其结构和性能的影响。对于目前商品化的PI基OSN膜在石油化工行业、制药行业、食品加工等领域的应用进行分析,旨在为OSN膜在商用领域的推广提供应用支持。

Abstract

Organic solvent nanofiltration(OSN) have been increasingly demonstrated to serve as excellent media for the industrial manufacture,therefore,the polyimide(PI) nanofiltration membrane has gained extensive interest due to its solvent stability.The preparation of PI-based membrane by non-solvent induced phase separation method (NIPS),these PI-based OSN membrane with different structures,which including immersion precipitation phase transfer for the integrally asymmetric membrane (ISA),interfacial polymerization for thin composite membranes (TFC) and mixed matrix membranes(MMMs) were reviewed.Membrane-forming process,film-forming mechanism and the effect of membrane forming parameters on its structure and performance were discussed,respectively.The PI-based commercial OSN membranes applied in petrochemical,pharmaceutical,food processing and other industries were analyzed.Intending to provide a support for application and promotion of OSN membranes in commercial field.
