采用缩水甘油胺类环氧树脂与固化剂甲基四氢苯酐,制备了系列耐热环氧树脂固化物。通过热失重分析、动态热机械分析、力学性能等测试,研究了环氧树脂与固化剂摩尔比对环氧树脂固化物性能的影响。结果表明:当环氧树脂与甲基四氢苯酐摩尔比为1∶2.5~3.5时,环氧树脂固化物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)高于200℃;当摩尔比为1∶3时,环氧树脂固化物Tg最高为225.3℃,此时失重5%的温度为354.3℃,阻尼温域为75.5℃,拉伸强度为54.3MPa,断裂伸长率为5.2%,表现出优异的耐热性能、阻尼性能、力学性能。
A series of heat-resistant cured epoxy resins were prepared by glycidyl amine epoxy resin and curing agent methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride.The influence of molar ratio between epoxy resin and curing agent on the properties of the resin was studied by thermogravimetric analysis,dynamic thermo-mechanical analysis and mechanical properties test.The results showed that when the molar ratio between epoxy resin and methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride was 1∶2.5~3.5,the glass transition temperature of the resin was higher than 200℃.When the molar ratio was 1∶3,the glass transition temperature reached 225.3℃,and the temperature with 5% weight loss reached 354.3℃.The damping temperature range was 75.5℃,the tensile strength was 54.3MPa,and the elongation at break was 5.2%.
