摘要

水性丙烯酸酯乳液因为具有环保方面的优势,可用作氨基烤漆的基体树脂,对高性能环保汽车漆的开发具有重要意义。以乳液聚合法制备出稳定的羟基丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液,配合氨基树脂固化剂,制备了乳液型氨基树脂清漆。通过红外光谱和差示扫描量热仪对双组分涂层的固化反应进行了研究,并利用T-β外推法拟定了固化温度。在此基础上,系统研究了固化剂用量、固化温度和固化时间对漆膜性能的影响,确定了最优固化条件。与溶剂型同类产品的对比研究结果表明,在同样的固化条件下,水性漆膜能够基本满足应用技术要求,而且环保性能较溶剂型涂料有较大提升。

Abstract

Waterborne acrylate latex,because of its advantages in environmental protection,is used as the matrix resin of amino baking paint,which is of great significance for the development of high performance environmentally friendly automotive paints.The stable hydroxyl acrylate polymer latex was synthesized by emulsion polymerization,which was used together with the amino resin curing agent for acrylic amino baking paint.The curing reaction of the two-component coating was studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).The curing temperature was determined by T-β extrapolation.The effects of the amount of curing agent,curing temperature and curing time on the performance of the film were studied systematically.The optimal curing conditions were determined.The results shown that under the same curing conditions,the water-based paint film can basically meet the application technical requirements,and the environmental protection performance was greatly improved compared with solvent based paint.
