Abstract: In the mixed electrolyte of NaSiO3 (2g/L),NaH2PO2 (2g/L),NaAl2O3 (3g/L) and NaF (1g/L),the oxide films was prepared on the surface of TC11 by micro-arc oxidation with different oxidation time.The surface morphology and the content of each element of the film were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).The hardness of the film was measured using a microhardness tester.Using a type of traction gun body tube as a test platform,a self-designed ablation test device was used to simulate the operating condition of the gun barrel within the launch condition.The film was subjected to a repeated ablation test with 15g of gunpowder per charge (14 holes) to test the ablation resistance of the film.The results showed that when the oxidation time was 20min,the TC11 surface oxide film had a good micro-morphology,and the mass loss rate after 20 times of ablation was the lowest and was 0.0264%.It can provide reference for the lightweight of artillery and resistance to ablation inside the body.
