Abstract: The viscosity-temperature curve and viscosity-time curve of benzoxazine (BZ) resin system were tested by rotational viscometer,and the curing kinetics parameters of BZ were calculated to confirm the curing process.The carbon tube with the inner diameter of 60mm was winded in the preliminary curing condition,which mechanical properties was tested,providinga basis for the application of BZ in the wet winding process.The test results showed that the resin viscosity was 0.35Pa·s at room temperature,meeting the wet winding process requirements.The curing process parameters was Ti=173℃,Tp=197℃,Tf=214℃,and the curing process was 100℃/1h+120℃/1h+140℃/1h+160℃/1h+180℃/2h+200℃/2h;pressure testing of carbon nanotubes reached 19MPa.
