Abstract: In order to study the effect of different black gold content on the expansion coefficient of double-base propellant,high-energy propellant containing 10%,20%,30% black gold base was prepared,using TMA static heat engine analyzer method and origin analysis software.The expansion coefficient of the black gold-based dual-base propellant and its glass transition temperature were investigated.The results showed that:(1)With the increase of black gold content in single-layer double-base tablets,the expansion coefficient was reduced,which was beneficial to maintain the accuracy of the size of single-layer double-base tablets.(2)The expansion coefficient of the laminated double-base tablet decreased as the black gold content increased,and smaller than the expansion coefficient of the single-layer double-base tablet.(3)The glass transition temperature of the single-layer double-base tablet increased with the increase of the black gold content,and it can be used in a wider temperature range.
