Abstract: The effects of vulcanizing temperature,adhesive construction technology,vulcanizing pressure and different adhesion agent on the bonding property of rocket motor and EPDM heat insulation layer were studied.The results showed that the adhesion agent can significantly impact on the bonding property,when adhesion agent B201 was used,the bonding strength was up to 3.05MPa.The lower vulcanizing temperature and the higher vulcanizing pressure were good to the bonding strength.When organic filler were added to EPDM heat insulation layer can improve the bonding strength of rocket motor and heat insulation layer.The bonding strength was up to 3.42MPa when the vulcanizing temperature at 150℃ and vulcanizing pressure 3.5MPa.
