Abstract: Ti/TNTs-Sb-SnO2-rGO electrode was prepared using layer by layer coating of “Sb-Sn” mixture solution and graphene oxide on Ti/TNTs electrode,TiO2 nanotube was firstly electrodeposited on Ti plate.The morphology,microstructure and performance of prepared electrodes were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS and electrochemical method.It shown that Ti/TNTs-Sb-SnO2-rGO exhibited high oxygen evolution potential(2.1V) and outstanding electrical conductivity.Electrocatalytic oxidation degradation of methylene blue (MB,simulated dye wastewater) was used to evaluate the efficiency of Ti/TNTs-Sb-SnO2-rGO.MB was effectively degraded within 60min and the removal rate reached 97%.The degradation process followed a pseudo first order kinetics with a rate constant (k) value of 0.057min-1.The degradation mechanism was proved to be indirect electrochemical oxidation process.The electrode acceleration life was 9h (the real industrial life was 1.6 years),indicating that the electrode had good stability and long service life.
