Study on desulfurization of deep temperature eutectic Bu4NBr by multi-stage countercurrent extraction

Abstract: Three kinds of deep eutectic solvents (DESs) were synthesized by low temperature eutectic synthesis using imidazole and its derivatives as well as Bu4NBr.The samples were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The effects of DESs on the extraction performance of dibenzothiophene in simulated oil.The effects of extraction temperature,ratio of raw materials,ratio of oil to oil,extraction time and stirring rate on desulfurization rate were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The optimum extraction conditions were determined.The desulfurization rate of DESs was calculated by multi-stage reaction under the optimal conditions.The desulfurization rate of DESs was calculated.The results showed that when the extraction temperature T was 20℃,the ratio of imidazole to Bu4NBr was X=0.6,the oil volume ratio was 6,the extraction time t=30min,and the stirring rate was 600r/min.The desulfurization rate of dibenzothiophene reached 89.2%,and the desulfurization rate reached 98.08% after three-stage desulfurization.
