我国工程塑料产业现状分析与发展建议

摘要 我国工程塑料产业总体处于成长期,2010~2017年消费量年均增速在10%左右。目前已逐步形成了具有树脂合成、塑料改性与合金、加工应用等相关配套能力的完整产业链,产业规模不断扩大;2017年我国工程塑料主要产品产能约402万t/a,产量约271万t,消费量447万t,自给率上升到61%。企业规模持续壮大,科技水平日益提高,管理水平明显提高,万华化学、蓝星新材、神马集团、云天化等一批企业先后上市。未来我国工程塑料产业发展重点:一是提升工程塑料生产水平;二是消除关键配套原料供应瓶颈;三是加强塑料改性、塑料合金技术开发。

Abstract: China's engineering plastics industry is in the growth stage.The average annual growth rate of consumption in 2010~2017 was about 10%。At present,a complete industrial chain with the related supporting capabilities of resin synthesis,plastic modification and alloy,processing and application has gradually formed,and the industry scale has been expanding.In 2017,the capacity of main engineering plastics products was about 4.02 million t/a,the output was about 2.71 million t,the consumption was 4.47 million t,and the self-sufficiency rate increased to 61%.The scale of enterprise continues to grow,the level of science and technology is increasing day by day,and the management level is obviously improved.A number of enterprises such as Wanhua Chemistry,Bluestar New Materials,Shenma Group and Yuntianhua have been listed successively.In the future,China's engineering plastics industry will focus on improving the production level of engineering plastics,eliminating bottlenecks in the supply of key supporting raw materials,and strengthening the development of plastic modification and plastic alloy technology.
