Abstract: The preparing process of composite coating was studied with primer-intermediate-top steps,calcium carbonate (CaCO3) was used as the filler of primer,the hollow glass microspheres (HGMs) used as the filler in the middle coating,and the titanium dioxide(TiO2) and hollow glass microsphere (HGMs) compound was used as the filler to prepare a new type of reflective thermal insulation coating.The effects of titanium dioxide and hollow glass micorspheres as single functional filler and the thickness of coating on the thermal insulation performance were investigated respectively.The results showed that when the thickness of coating was 180μm,the diffuse reflection effect of composite coating was obviously better than that of single functional filler.The maximum thermal insulation temperature difference can reach 12.3℃ and the heat insulation efficiency was 95.2%.
