Abstract: Magnetic graphene oxide was prepared by using assembly technology and glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent.The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was immobilized and its immobilization conditions were investigated.The optimal loading conditions were selected and the magnetic graphene oxide carrier was immobilized.Phenol was used as degradation substrate,and the catalytic degradation efficiency of magnetic graphene oxide-supported enzyme and free enzyme at different pH and temperature were compared.In the catalytic degradation of phenol test,the phenol degradation rate was 96.7% under the temperature of 40℃and pH = 8.
