Abstract: By prepolymer method,a series of thermoplastic polyurethane were synthesized with MDI,BDO,PCL,PTMG and PNA.The effect of different polyols,R-value and hard segment content (Ch) on the mechanical and thermal properties of TPU were studied.The results showed that when using PCL as the raw material,the mechanical property was more equilibrium.When R-value was 0.99 and hard segment content was 40%,the mechanical property was the best.When using PCL as the raw material,the glass transition temperature was in the middle of the three.When R-value was bigger,the glass transition temperature was higher.
