Study on preparation and property of PVA-SbQ/hyaluronan composite ultrafine fibrous membrane

Abstract: PVA-SbQ/hyaluronan composite ultrafine fibrous membrane was prepared combining PVA-SbQ and different proportion of hyaluronan by electrospinning technology.Scanning electron microscopy was utilized to analyze the surface morphology of PVA-SbQ/hyaluronan.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was employed to characterize PVA-SbQ/hyaluronan.Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to describe the thermal stability of PVA-SbQ/hyaluronan.Results showed that the diameter of PVA-SbQ/hyaluronan composite increased with adding hyaluronan.The beads appeared with the addition of hyaluronan.The thermal stability and hygroscopicity of PVA-SbQ/hyaluronan slightly decreased.Under UV irradiation,the fibers of PVA-SbQ/hyaluronan membrane were closer and had different fineness.The composite material had good application prospect as the base material of facial mask.
