Abstract: Ag-doped silica film was prepared by sol-gel method with silver nitrate as silver source and tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon dioxide source.The effect of annealing temperature on the morphology and absorption properties of film was investigated.The results showed that the morphology of film was controlled by annealing temperature,and the film prepared at different annealing temperatures had different optical extinction properties.When the annealing temperature was 600℃,the fluorescence enhancement effect was strongest.Fluorescent powder were attached to the surface of film by rotating coating,and the enhancement of luminous intensity of fluorescent powder was realized by the local surface plasma resonance characteristic of silver film.
