摘要 利用八甲基环四硅氧烷在酸性条件下开环反应合成端羟基聚硅氧烷,改变封端剂的种类获得不同端官能团的聚硅氧烷。将其与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯单体进行自由基乳液共聚反应,制备了含硅苯丙乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、动态光散射仪、接触角测量仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等对乳液组成、形貌和性能进行表征,考察不同类型及用量的聚硅氧烷对苯丙乳液性能的影响。利用枯草芽孢杆菌对乳液进行抑菌测试。结果表明,用聚硅氧烷改性的苯丙乳液粒径分布均一、疏水性提高、表面自由能降低、热稳定性提高,并且具有一定的抑菌性能。

Abstract: Terminal-hydroxyl siloxane was obtained with the ring-opening reaction of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane under acidic condition.Different terminal functional groups of polysiloxane were prepared by changing the kinds of silane coupling agent.Silicone-containing styrene-acrylic emulsion with different terminal functional groups of polysiloxane,styrene and acrylate was prepared by the free radical copolymerization.The properties of styrene-acrylic emulsion modified by the different kinds and amounts of polysiloxane was also studied.The composition and properties of emulsion were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,dynamic light scattering,contact angle,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy.Experimental results showed that the emulsion had narrow particle size distribution.The surface hydrophilicity and thermal stability were improved.Antibacterial experimental result showed that the emulsion had antibacterial properties.
