Abstract: A series of polyurethane elastomers were synthesized with 4,4′-dicyclohexyl methanediisocyanate(HMDI),polyether polyols and 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as the main raw material by semi-prepolymer method.The influence of molar ratio of PTMG/EP3600,NCO content of prepolymer,BDO dosage and NCO index on the properties of PU were investigated.The results showed that PU had good maneuverability and excellent comprehensive properties when the molar ratio of PTMG(PTMG1000)/EP3600 was 4∶6,NCO content of prepolymer was 9.5%,BDO dosage was 2.0% and the isocyanate index was 1.10.
