摘要 通过原位胶束共聚合得到一系列不同蒙脱土(MMT)含量的疏水缔合双交联自修复水凝胶。结果表明:MMT的加入使水凝胶的最大拉伸强度为230.7kPa,此时的断裂伸长率在2500%左右;水凝胶在变形中能量耗散,MMT的引入使其耗散能变大;水凝胶具有优异的自恢复和抗疲劳能力,当水凝胶被拉伸到应变为1500%时,可在20min内恢复;重复拉伸6次后,水凝胶的耗散能基本不变;拉伸损坏后,在60℃条件下修复5h,其力学强度能够恢复70%以上,具有较好的自修复性能。

Abstract: Novel dual physical crosslinked self-healing hydrogels were successfully prepared by in-situ micellar copolymerization with different content of montmorillonite.They maximum mechanical strength reached 230.7kPa and the elongation at break kept above 2500%.Its energy was dissipated during the deformation of hydrogels.The introduction of montmorillonite improved the energy dissipation.Moreover,hydrogels had excellent self-recovery and fatigue resistance properties.When the hydrogels were stretched to 1500%,they recovered to its original state in twenty minutes.Specially,energy dissipation remained without changed even repeated six times.Furthermore,the hydrogels showed self-healing property after cut into two pieces.The mechanical strength could be repaired to more than 70% of the original hydrogels.
