Abstract: A type of Fe2O3 supported carbon nanotubes was prepared by hydrothermal method,and the morphology,structure and thermal stability of obtained materials were characterized.Moreover,the cyclic voltammetry curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were measured.In the case of Fe2O3/carbon nano-tubes materials with 200mg of FeSO4·7H2O in-feeding,when the discharge current density was 0.5A/g,the specific capacitance of material was 618F/g,and maintaining as 56.8% after 500 cycles.
