Abstract: SrF2∶Yb,Er,Mn nanocrystals were prepared by a mild hydrothermal method.The microstructure,morphology and luminescence properties of as-prepared sample were characterized by XRD,SEM and FA.The results showed that the microstructure of sample was face-centered cubic crystal phase,and had morphology of spherical-like.With the addition of Mn2+ ions,the lattice of sample was distorted,the particle size decreased,the luminescence intensity weakened and the red/green luminescence ratio increased.The luminescence shifted from the green region to the red region.The effects of Mn2+ on the microstructure,morphology and luminescence properties of the samples were analyzed.The upconversion luminescence mechanism of sample was analyzed by the relationship between the luminescence intensity and the excitation power.
