Abstract: The automobile PbS thin films grown on glass substrates at various deposition times by CBD method,the structural,micro morphology and optical properties of films were investigated.The results showed that the deposition times had a great effect on the perfection degree of crystals,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images showed the transition of granular-tetrahedron-cubic-octahedral.With the increasing of deposition time,the nano grain was gather together,which presented inset surface morphology.The surface roughness of films increased with deposition time.All the sample had a low transmission,the decrease in band gap values Eg from 0.53 to 0.39eV,which can provide important reference for improve and enhance the performance of nanometer automobile PbS solar cells.
