Abstract: The triazine-based macromolecule charring agent with different side chain structure CFA-e,CFA-d and CFA-m were synthesized through molecular design,using cyanuric chloride,ethanol,diethanol amine,amine morpholine and ethylenediamine as raw material.The structure and properties of three kinds of carbon forming agents were characterized by FT-IR,13C-NMR,elemental analysis (EA),TGA and SEM.CFA-e,CFA-d,CFA-m and aluminum hypophosphite (AHP) were respectively used for flame retardant PLA.The results showed that the product conversion rate and thermal performance of CFA-m was better than that of CFA-e and CFA-d,but CFA-d had more regular chain winding structure.CFA-e and AHP had better synergistic effect,and the flame retardant effect was better than CFA-d and CFA-m.
